Shipping Info

Please expect some shipping delays due to the pandemic. There may be significant delays for all International shipment in and out of Singapore. We do not ship on weekends and Singapore public holidays.

Delivery is unavailanle to P.O Box areas, hotels and restricted area.

All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment. All orders will be shipped via Singapore Post.

The shipping details including tracking website will be provided in shipping confirmation email.

If a package is returned to us due to the customer's error in providing an incorrect or insufficient address, the re-delivery fee will be charged and payable by the customer.

If your order is made during any vacation notice dates, it will be processed the next working day after that period of time.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

Courier Delivery

• Flat rate of SGD 3 for each order.
• Enjoy Free Delivery within Singapore for orders SGD 80 & above.
• All local orders will be delivered via Singpost Smartpac which comes with a tracking number and it will be delivered directly to your letterbox. If the parcel does not fit the letterbox, it will be redirected to the designated post office for collection. You may track your order on: https://www.singpost.com/track-items

Please allow 24-48 hours to process and pack your parcel upon order confirmation. Your parcel will handled by Singpost for delivery.

You can expect to receive your order within 2-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom made items, and items that needs to be silversmithed, may take another additional 1-3 working days.

International Shipping

Due to CoVID-19, there will be delays in Internationl shipments from Singapore to other countries.

Many overseas postal operators have announced service adjustments, delays or suspensions due to COVID-19. Please check before placing order.

International Shipping : SGD 6 to SGD 15 via SingPost International Registered Mail. Please refer to table below for each Region's Shipping Rate.

If the country of your delivery address is not in the list above, please Contact with me, if delivery is available for your area before making an order.

International delivery usually takes up to 10-20 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). And sometimes the parcel may experience delay at customs. 

We ship to the shipping address stated in your order, please ensure that the address is correct to avoid any delay. If parcel is returned back to us due to incorrect address or no collection from the post office, a re-delivery fee is applicable. 

Please note that International customers will be responsible for customs duties fees that the delivery service may impose upon delivery. All shipping options come with a tracking number. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
