Care Information

Our pieces are handmade costume jewelry, designed to last with love and care. Most of the jewelry we sell requires very little care.

To keep it looking as beautiful as the day it arrives, please take care when storing & cleaning your jewelry.

We do recommend taking off your jewelry when swimming, gardening, doing contact sports, shower, seriously messy cooking and moving heavy objects.

Here are some helpful tips to keep your jewelry looking its very best!

Cosmetics
Avoid spraying perfume directly on jewelry. (Tips: Apply perfume before putting on jewelry)

Moisture
Exposure to water and moisture such as showering, hand washing and swimming can cause jewels to tarnish.

Exercise
Delicate jewelry can break during exercise or vigorous activity.

Anti-Tarnish
Keep our anti-tarnishing tabs with jewels to protect against moisture during storage.

Storage
Always store each jewelry separately to avoid scratching. Store in cool, dry place/ jewelry box that comes with it.

Cleaning
Only clean your jewels using a soft polishing cloth.

Handmade Expoxy Resin Jewelry

Materials used in UV Resin (Safe, NoToxic & High-Quality Epoxy). They are completely handmade, so each piece is unique.

(You may find that there are slight differences between each pieace or the odd small bubble/mark. This is the beauty of handmade though and guarantees that you are wearing something truly one of a kind!)

How to care for Gold Filled Jewelry

Gold filled jewelry is amazing for everyday wear. You can shower and even sleep in it without the gold rubbing or flaking off, like gold plated jewelry. Usually, gold filled jewelry requires very little cleaning; however, with everyday wear, dirt and dust will accumulate on the pieces. We'll outline the best ways to clean your jewelry.

Cleaning Gold Filled Jewelry :
Use mild soap and lukewarm water and soak your piece in the solution for 5 minutes.
Gently scrub your piece with a soft bristled toothbrush or with your fingers. Make sure to really focus on the areas with the most build-up.
Gently pat your piece dry with a soft cloth.
Rinse and repeat if needed.

You can also use a polishing cloth to help restore its original shine.

There are a few methods on how to clean sterling silver. If the previous step doesn't help, use the following step.

1) Using a polishing cloth is the most effective way to clean your sterling silver jewelry. Don't use rough cloths, paper towels, or tissues as these can scratch the silver.

* Gently scrub your piece with a soft bristled toothbrush or with your fingers. Make sure to really focus on the areas with the most build-up.
* Gently pat your piece dry with a soft cloth.
* Rinse and repeat if needed.
3) Baking soda/water method:
* Mix a small amount of baking soda and water together until it makes a paste.
* Use a pea sized amount on your jewelry and gentle scrub (this can be done with a soft-bristled toothbrush).
* Rinse after with warm water.
* We recommend this option if you are having a difficult time removing the tarnish with the steps above.

Can I use alcohol swab to clean earring?

Yes, especially the posts of your earrings. As often as possible. " If you can manage to take an alcohol swab to the post or hook before each wear."

It will help with buildup and keep your pierced ears healthy.

How long to sterilize earrings in alcohol?

To do this, the first step is to wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water. Next, submerge the earrings in a solution of rubbing alcohol or hydrogen peroxide for 5 minutes. After removing them from the solution, allow them to air dry on a clean paper towel.
