How do I track my order?

Upon arrangement of courier, a tracking email will be sent to you with your tracking details.
 
For local domestic shipping, we use Singpost (Smartpac).
For International Shipping, we will use Singpost Registered International Service on your location.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is estimated to take about your order will be processed within 1-3 working days. (Please note Weekend and Singapore Public Holidays are not our working days.) 

You will receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp msg once the order is shipped.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to receive your order.  (* For Singapore ONLY)

There will be no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once the order has been confirmed.

We regret to inform you that no changes can be made to your order after it has been confirmed. This is to facilitate faster processing of orders and smooth operations.

In the event that the crystal sustains damage or breakage during the delivery process, we will refund the amount to you if the issue is reported to us within 3 working days upon receival of goods.

I received an incorrect/defective product. What should I do?

Apologies for the oversight! Do contact us immediately and provide your order number, Contact & Email, product photos for further assistance.

Are your handmade jewelry suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, all our jewelry is nickle and lead free. Hypoallergenic for sensitive skin.


Jewelry Care Tips

Tarnishing is completely natural. Be sure to have a silver polishing cloth handy so you can easily restore its shine. When not in use, be sure to store it in a dark, cool place in an airtight packet. For more details, please refer to our Care Information

* Authentic Freshwater Pearls are usually not perfectly round or identical. They come in various sizes, shapes and may have minor flow on the surface.
